During 2020, we’ve seen so many changes and one of them is racial relations in the United States. Many companies have made statements, plans, and goals to help add more black or diverse talent to their organizations. The main questions asked are, how do companies achieve their goals and where are the black marketers? During this discussion, the founders of the African American Marketing Association (AAMA), Black Marketers Association of America (BMAA) and Hire Black Marketers (HBM) discuss how black marketers and organizations can work together to help improve the marketing industry.
